Okay, I'm recommitting to DVR's 3 meals, no snacks regimen!!  How about you?

Yesterday:

B - Protein shake in coffee

L - Black bean soup, 4 s/f almond cookies

D - Double cheeseburger sans bun

All my fluids, all my vits

NEXT!!!

No snacks? Ummmm  don't know about that!  lol

B- oatmeal 12 oz coffee

L- 6 wings (drumette pieces only)  with lettuce and tomatoe

S- 12 oz coffee

D- string beans and shrimp, 1/4 cup of collard greens

S-  String cheese, s/f pistaccio pudding

All my water & vitamins

Well, unless he's changed his criteria, he's pretty set on 3 meals, no snacks.  I guess I could find that out for sure if I stopped being afraid to go see him!!!!  SIGH.

Oh I mean I don't think I could do without my snacks. lol

But you know Gino and I was never told we can not have any snacks. 
I know that as long they are healthy snacks they are good for you.

Well, like I said, I'm two years out further than you - maybe his criteria changed.  And you know as well as I that even too much of a good thing can be bad. 

Except for when it comes to men, of course!!!

L-Shrimp Salad on 3 crackers

D-Shrimp Salad and 1 Greg of protein

S- 2 cookies

Hi Tia,

I can barely get two meals and two protein drinks in a day, I couldn't even begin to think of snacking.

Yesterday...

B - Carn instant Breakfast w/ soy milk warm

L - Turkey chili w/2% cheese

D - 2 oz. soup (it was yucky)
      2 melba toast rounds
      2T hummus
      1 wedge laughing cow cheese

Next...

Hey Heather!!

LOL!!!  Yeah, I know, but I'm also 3+ years post-op!!!  If there's one thing I tell EVERY new post-op I meet, it's "maximize that window of opportunity, because when it closes, it closes."  You can still lose weight, of course, it's just MUCH harder.

That's why it's SO important to develop good habits NOW.  Even my worst habits now are NOTHING compared to pre-op, so I'm thankful for that!!!
