No snacks? Ummmm don't know about that! lol
B- oatmeal 12 oz coffee
L- 6 wings (drumette pieces only) with lettuce and tomatoe
S- 12 oz coffee
D- string beans and shrimp, 1/4 cup of collard greens
S- String cheese, s/f pistaccio pudding
All my water & vitamins

Oh I mean I don't think I could do without my snacks. lol
But you know Gino and I was never told we can not have any snacks.

LOL!!! Yeah, I know, but I'm also 3+ years post-op!!! If there's one thing I tell EVERY new post-op I meet, it's "maximize that window of opportunity, because when it closes, it closes." You can still lose weight, of course, it's just MUCH harder.
That's why it's SO important to develop good habits NOW. Even my worst habits now are NOTHING compared to pre-op, so I'm thankful for that!!!
