Hi Becki,

Unfortunately my weekend was spent taking care of the baby she got so sick with a high fever of 103 and the congestion just got even worse. I took her to the walk in clinic this morning at 8 am and they found she now has an ear infection and sinusitis.  They gave her amoxicillin and hopefully she will get better in the next 2 or 3 days.  As for me I have a cold but I am hanging in there.

I hope your weekend was better than mine.

Kiss hunter for me.

Thanks for sharing your awesome affirmation with me.

I hope you had a great day.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Cira,
I am so sorry to hear that the baby was so sick, and ear infections I think are the worst.  Hunter gets them a lot, and he doesn't show the normal signs of infection like pulling on his ear and stuff.  All he gets is really irritable and clingy.  Hopefully the amoxicillin works, and she gets better soon.  It's so scary when they are that little and they get sick.  I can still see Hunter in the PICU at U of MD when he was 5 months old.  His right lung collapsed, and he ended up with bacterial pnuemonia.  The bacteria was MRSA, and he ended up having to be intubated.  It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, jus****ching him fight for his life.  All I could do was pray, and thankfully God answers prayers!  I will be praying that Gia gets better real soon, and that you get better also and get some rest.  Give the baby hugs and kisses from me, and Hunter was excited when I gave him kisses from you lol.  He is such a little ham.

Take care of yourself,
Becki

Oh wow Becki,

That had to be so hard for you to bare seeing your poor little Hunter intubated at 5 months old. WOW!!  I am so glad he recovered.  God does answer prayers and he definitely did that for you.
Thank you so much for the prayers it is greatly appreciated.  Today she is showing signs of improvement and that makes me happy. She is still clingy and very congested but the fever is going down thank goodness.

I am so glad Hunter enjoyed kisses from his new OH auntie.  He is such a sweetie.
Give him more cuddles from us here nius the cooties. lol

Take care and I hope you are doing well since I haven't heard from you today.

Hugs,

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
