Hey Becks!!!

That's great!!!  I hope the 2 weigh-ins go quickly - hopefully, the craziness of the holidays will help with that!!!

Heading to Rigel's again?  Have a blast!!!!!

Hi Tia!!

Thank you!!  I can't believe that the last 4 months have gone by as fast as they have lol!!  I hope the last 2 are even faster!  I'm thinking like you, and I think that the holidays are going to make that happen!

Yup, we are headed to Rigel's again, and I can't wait lol!  Hunter and I have such a great time with her, and after the past crazy few weeks I've had, I def need a break!

Hugs,
Becki

Happy Friday All,

Today I have some saddness as the Mom of a friend of mine passed away and I will be visiting the family later this afternoon. Although, they knew this day would come someday, you are never prepared for when it really does happen. Besides supporting your friends in times like this, you cannot help but remember those you have lost yourself.

Today I am grateful for...

1 - The flexibility I have with my job - It was a non-issue for me to state that I needed to work from home today so that I could leave in mid-afternoon to go to the funeral home. I truly appreciate this.

2 - That my check-engine light came on suddenly last night and it turns out it is nothing to worry about (this time). I was truly worried about this at first since I had a major repair in the last week. I had it checked out this AM and they explained it to me and it is nothing urgent that I have to deal with - Whew!

3 - For a kick-butt workout last night - My trainer threw in several new "tricks" that were quite challenging in both of my pool classes. I was huffing and puffing in no time. This trainer is so thorough that I am always amazed when I find another new muscle that I did not know I had!

Enjoy your weekend!

Debbie

I know what you mean about Stacia's classes :  Tuesday she wore my butt out
I would have been there last night but  the lack of sleep from the night before
caught up with me :  Last night I slept straight thru from 9:00 - 6:00 this AM

I meant to list a good nights sleep as one of my 3 things.

Debbie,

I am sorry to hear about your friend's Mom. I am glad that you have that flexbility wth your job to accomodate you.
Thank goodness your car is alright and glad you had and great kick-butt workout.  I really need that big time.

Have a wonderful weekend Debbie.

Lucky you enjoy your week!
I love Christmas music and began listening to it yesterday. Usually I wait until after Thanksgiving but I just couldn't help myself this time around.  :-)
Have a great time baking!

Today I am grateful for:

1. That my hubby made me some yummy chicken salad...I can't stop snacking on it. lol

2. That baby Gia is finally on the upswing of all this sickness she has been experiencing.

3. Heat (man it is cold out here!) LOL

Have a wonderful day everyone!

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Hi Tia et al,

Tia - enjoy your week off but get thee to your brother's house to get online (you need to fix that by the way)!

I just can't do Christmas musi****il after Thanksgiving...just can't do it...too much of a reminder of working in retail for many years and gives me the shudders!

Darla - so glad your Mom is okay and got to spend time with your cousin!

{{{Debbie}}} so sorry to hear about your friend's mom!

Cira - great news that Gia is getting better all the time!

Today I'm grateful...

1.  That even though I hate it when any of my furbabies go under the knife, Jake made it through his neutering surgery fine, is awake, and can be picked up soon!
Now, here's hoping that he'll be more calm now, although that's not always a byproduct of the ole snip...snip.

2.  That I'm off work for another week and a day.  On the one hand I'll be glad to be on a more normal schedule but MAN I would so like to win the lottery and never HAVE to work again!!!

3.  That today I started adding regular foods to my diet and actually had a piece of higher protein toast with ICBINB!!  It will be a rare treat but I had NO problems....woohoo!!

Hey girl!!!

Yeah, I'll be online and as soon as there's extra $, I'll be getting Comcast at MY house!!  In the meantime, you have my number -  !!!

Glad Jake's okay, well, at least until he wakes up and discovers what you've done to him!!!  LOL!!

Glad Oscar liked the toast - although my pouch MUCH prefers any bread product toasted as opposed to not.

I did retail for 13 years in addition to my full-time - I hear ya, but I STILL love it!!

Have a great weekend!!!

Tia
