Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee with vanilla Chai spice, s/f brown sugar and maple oatmeal
L- 3/4 cup homemade Chicken salad with 4 toppers
S- 1/2 od cinnamon raisin bagle with cream cheese
D- 3/4 cup pinto bean soup with 2 oz of cornmeal
S- 4 oz of dannon light & fit yogurt
All my water & vitamins

I've been experimenting with adding regular foods.
Yesterday:
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast in 10 oz of almond milk
L - 1/2 c. shrimp w/spinach, tomotoe, artichoke heart, and peas
D - 1/2 c. shrimp w/spinach, tomotoe, artichoke heart, and peas
All my fluids and vits.
I've been experimenting with adding regular foods.

B: 3 Tbsp low sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal, 2 Tbsp mashed banana
S: Strawberry-Kiwi Nectar drink
L: 4 Tbsp Ricotta bake (thanks to Eggface), 2 Tbsp pureed Italian turkey sausage
S: 4 Tbsp cottage cheese, 2 Tbsp homemade applesauce
D: 2 Tbsp pureed chicken with buffalo sauce & a dab of blue cheese (I <3 buffalo wings!), 2 Tbsp pureed sweet potato, 2 Tbsp creamed spinach
Working on my 2nd protein drink......REALLY trying to up the fluids since i've been feeling a little dizzy the past couple of days.
I have my first follow up appointment with my surgeon in the a.m.!

You are doing wonderful! Just keep plugging in and you will reach your fluid goal. It does take a while to get there.
I remember feeling dizzy too and my blood pressure would get really low. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
