Feed Bag for Hump Day!!
Hi Heather. Well since I posted what I ate yesterday..yesterday I will do today so far. LOL
For breakfast I had a 23g protein drink and it didnt taste like whey at all. THANK GOD! LOL
Snack- 3 large fresh strawberries dipped in Cool Whip YUM!
Lunch I had one bite of chicken breast and some broc (Steamfresh) with shredded cheese.
Water and ice tea today as well.
For dinner I think Mike is cooking Fish, peas and mashed taters. Im pretty sure that is what he said. LOL

I buy the Double Rich Choc 100% Whey Protein powder at Rite Aid and GNC. It taste soooooooooooooooo much better then all the other brands. I mix one scoop with 8 ounces of water and it taste like a
yoo hoo. I usually make it up the night before and in the morning I shake it and drink it. It doesnt have that nasty taste most whey powder does. I can tolerate well. I heard it was better with water and it really is. I dont like it with milk at all. LOL Its 23g of protein per scoop. ;o)

Yesterday:
B: 3/4 container Dannon Light and Fit Cherry Vanilla Yogurt & fruit salad (strawberries, apples, mandarin oranges and grapes...my attempt at copying Chick Fil A)
S: a blend of Strawberry Kiwi and Roadside Lemonade Nectar with 20 oz. h2o
L: Garden salad with 1/2 hardboiled egg, 2.5 oz. tuna salad, and Newman's Own Light Balsamic Dressing, 4 Dare whole grain crackers, 1 SF peppermint patty
D: 4 oz. crab cake, 1/2 cup broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix

Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee vanilla chai spice creamer, egg cheese ham on a whole grain double oats honey bagle
S- tangerine
L- 4oz flouder with stuffed crab on it. 1/3 cup of corn
S- string cheese
D- 4oz baked porkchop with onions 1/3 cup of broccoli & cheese steamer
S- 1/2 of an apple
All my water and all my vitamins
