my biggest question is that some of those recipes call for so much of it.......you can't produce that much in one.....uhh....session! I guess you'd have to freeze it.

Wait, are you telling me that the guy(s) wouldn't have fun in the Production department? Leave it to the assembly line to seal, store, and freeze or can the goods......just worry about keeping up the quota for the day LOL
