Feed Bag
Happy Friday Heather, thanks for posting the feedbag.
Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee Oatmeal made with 2% milk
S- medium banana
L- 1 slice of pizza
S- string cheese
D- 4 oz. Tilapia with crab stuffing 1/2 cup of lentil soup
S- small clementine
all my fluids (96 ounces) and vitamins

I tolerate any kind of pizza since I was 1 year out. But when I do eat one I make sure it is not a big slice. This particular pizza was the Pizza kit from Chef Boyardie (sp?) I get it at super walmart. It has the dough the sauce and the parmesan cheese all I have to buy is the mozarella cheese to sprinkle on top.

Yesterday.......
B: Atkins Advantage chocolate peanut butter crisp morning bar, Nectar roadside lemonade with crystal light
L: Applebee's......cup of chili and turkey/1 slice of bacon/lettuce and tomato off of the turkey club sandwich
S: 1 piece each....Russel Stover SF coconut and mini Reese's PB cup and 8 oz. skim milk
D: 3/4 cup white chicken chili, garden salad with feta and balsamic dressing
S: 1 spinach feta egg bite, 1 cup Edy's NSA triple chocolate ice cream, 1 whole grain cracker with 1/3 of a laughing cow lite cheese wedge
***i've NEVER snacked at night like this since my surgery........i 'm attributing it to PMS (hence all of the "chocolate" stuff throughout the day), stress, and the fact that I'm tapering off my Lexapro...it was a rough day but thats a crappy excuse! I regretted the egg bite and cracker with cheese shortly after eating them.......I'll NEVER regret chocolate ice cream =)

You are doing awesome with your fluid intake this early out. I never got to drink 64 oz of fluid until I got 1 year out. I had lots of problems trying to meet my fluid requirement.
Remember that you count every fluid you take in to meet your requirement.
