Start of a new week. today i am going to go swimming. tomorrow i am going to be walking all day at the capitol for obama's inaug so i don't want to do anything that will make it harder to be on my feet.

Hi Nicole,

Hopefully I will be going to the gym after work. The problem is that I have to take hubby home first. Sometimes it is so hard to go back out that door...especially when it is cold and dark.

Tonight it will be the reformer pilates class and time permitting - the weight circuit and
cardio -  I went to the gym Saturday and Sunday so I am off to a good start to this
weeks exercise routine.

Gail - I know what you mean about it being hard to leave home to go to the gym-
thats why  I go to the gym straight from work :  hope to see you tonight.

Girl take picture of Obama for me!  Girl I hope you stay warm.  I can not handle cold like I used to when I was preop.  I would had love to be out there tomorrow.

Well, I will do just the tread mill today LG & Gia are sick so I barely slept last night. So I will do a 45 minute walk.

Well, I did not make it to the gym at all this weekend and I am mad at myself about that - enough said!

Tonight is Pilates Reformer Class - I always look froward to that!

Deb:  Like you told me last week - Don't beat yourself up:  its a new week and
a class tonight :   I really look forward to reformer and I hope I can  take
the water classes this week as well  - I need to work on uping my weight circuit
poundage -- I have gotten out of that routine and want to get back to it.

I went to the gym yesterday and did 12 minutes on the elliptical (that thing kicks my butt!) and then 20 minutes on the treadmill.   I did arms and abs on the weight machines...i'm really feeling it in my triceps today! 

I'm gonna do the gym again tonight.......I'm gonna go for 12 1/2 minutes on the elliptical, 15 or so on the treadmill and then probably legs on the weight machines.
