I went out to dinner tonight with 5 of my friends to "celebrate" my surgery. Let's just say everyone ate, drank and was merry. The bill was $215.00. Well there was a lady sitting at a table next to us eating by herself and just giggling along with us. She says goodnight to us and leaves and we continue our goofiness. Well the waiter comes up and says, "There is a problem with your bill." We were like, "What?" He said, "That lady that just left paid it!"

I couldn't believe it. What a special thing to do. The really weird thing to me is that when the bill came I was going to take it and tell my friends that my mom (who passed in July) would have wanted to cover it and I was going to pay. It was sort of like mom was there in a freaky sort of way.

Well, I just wanted to share. I thought it was soooo nice.

Oh wow Denise that was fantastic! It's amazing that there still is generous people out there. I am sorry about the passing of your Mom. Your Mom will always be around. That you will notice with time. I tell you from experience I lost mine Sept 2003.

Wow Denise that is incredible! I always say that god (or angels) works in mysterious ways. It sounds lto me like the lady was just paying you back for the joy that you brought into her evening

Thanks for sharing that story..I really do believe that there are angels here on earth. Your story helped me too..I was feeling down about all the negativity in my life......I like to hear about the good stuff...thanks!
