With RNY, it's a spin of the wheel - who knows what you'll like then versus what you like now.  There's really no rhyme or reason to it, it's just trial and error.

Try the Walmart brand of Crystal Light - there are TONS of flavors from which to choose.

I live up in York, PA, and our choices seem to be very limited there... I have been shopping at SuperFresh on Security and Mars in Windsor Mill just for drink mixes... My husband calls it an obsession, but Walmart in York just has not choice!!  The Welch's were new for them, so I bought it...

Lesson learned, but I will wait until after surgery to get rid of the other 4 tubs... LOL

I am not partial to dark grape juice, but I do like the white grape juice - I think Crystal Light makes this one SF.  I like Ocean Sprays SF Cran-Grape - its' very sweet - but I like it, and I'm not a fan of that kind of stuff, but I like this one!

Question?  Doesn't Sobe Life Water have alot of carbs and/or sugar I remember I bought one a month ago and was drinking and getting really tired then I looked at the bottle and saw that it had alot of sugar or carbs can't remember which one. I liked it but did not get it again because of that. Can someone let me know if I bought the wrong one?

There's Sobe and then there's Sobe Lifewater - the one with the no calories has a white top on the wrap.

Hey I cant stand the sobe. No flavor. I am in love with the ruby red grapefruit and peach mango green tea by crystal light. I also love the Walmart cranberry apple and the orange drink too all sugar free. I just tried crystal light strawberry bannana yum good... I did not shake the sobe maybe that was the problem. I will try what I have left..

I don't like the orange, but I do like the cranberry apple.  I used to like the raspberry, but it's so strong that the only way I can drink it is to cut it with some lemonade mix.

I thought the same thing, too, that the Sobe didn't really have any flavor.  And for the amount I drink, it's just better for me to buy the mixes.

Anyone ever try Liptons white tea diet drink with peach papayee flavor??
It works for me in place of water sometimes
