Okay, I did it!!  I'm so proud of myself.  The chocolate monster was telling me, "You've done well all week, it won't hurt for you to stop at Dunkin, get a triple chocolate muffin and just eat the top!"  Well, I slapped the hell out of that monster and only got a coffee!!!  I swear, if it wasn't for sweets, I'd be A-okay!!!! 

Yesterday:

B - Protein Bar

S - Apple with pb

L - Asian chicken salad

S - Cheese and triscuits

D - 2 Italian sausage links with marinara

All my fluids and all my vits!!!

Breakfast - Hardees Lo Carb Breakfast Bowl

Lunch - mesquite grilled chicken breast with 2 strings of cheese

Dinner - Wendy's spicy chicken filet (all by itself - no bread no veggies)

Dessert - Sugar free jello

Half of my good fluids and all vitamins

We need to figure out the ratio for coffee to water - IE for every cup of coffee, we must drink how much water to offset?

I've heard that for every 8 oz. of coffee, you should have 8 oz. of water.

Anyone else?

Good for you...I've been staying away from the leftover Reduced Sugar Chocolate cake in an effort to break my two week stall.  Hasn't  helped!! 

B – greek yogurt strawberry protein shake 
 

S – 2 oz. beef jerky  

L - sausage caponata  

D – Shepherds Pie  

12 oz. skim milk w/splenda   

108 oz fluids, 108g protein, all my vits

I feel your pain!!  We're coming into a dangerous time of year for us - Mom's bday is next week (chocolate cake with chocolate frosting), then my brother's on 3/24 (carrot cake with cream cheese frosting), then mine the next day (chocolate cake with buttercream frosting), then Easter with all its hell (including more carrot cake), etc.  I was talking to the receptionist at the dental office this a.m. - she was telling me how good I looked and that her big struggle is with sweets, to which I said, "Amen!"  She said she does fine all wee****il she sees, hears, smells or senses chocolate!!!  Again with the AMEN!!!!  It's a constant struggle, I hate it!!!

Okay, on to your issue!!  LOL!!!  They are called stalls for a reason, and yes, they're frustrating, but they DO pass.  There's no way you're done losing weight.  You just need to mix things up a bit.  When Aaron hit a stall, he discovered that he actually wasn't eating ENOUGH.  Take a look at your last couple of weeks, see what you've been doing and see what you can change.  Yeah, I'm a big help, huh?
