Since this a.m., I've had:
20 oz. Diet Coke
32 oz. of water with s/f apple drink
NEXT!!!!!
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!
I am not sure how much I've had so far! something on the order of 5 bottles of water with the flavor sticks in them!
Sorry I've been such a stranger, but I barely have time to breathe lately!!! Hopefully, things will be getting better at some point .. if not it's only 1075 days til retirement!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

But what you should do is keep a bottle of any fluid near you at all times and sip sip sip. Only when it is getting close to eat then you stop for the required time and then of course after meals for 30 minutes then start up with sipping again. Now remember every liquid you drink counts towards your fluid required amount of 64 oz in a 24 hour period.
