WV Support group 1st meeting (Fredrick people)
Hello everyone,
I am trying to establish a support group in my area. Ever since I moved over here I can't find any support groups out here. I am currently in the process of getting certified by OH to be a support group leader.
Please feel free to come and share your weight loss journey with us. I know that some of you are far and if you can not make it I will understand but I hope you can all make it to the next one since this is short notice.
For the Fredrick people I am only 30 minutes away from where met at Starbucks I forgot the name of that little mall place.
Meeting:
Charles Town, Jefferson County WV. Feb 27th at 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm just less than 5 minutes from Charles Town Races & Slots.
If you are interested in attending please send me a message at [email protected] and I will pm you the address and my phone number.
Please come and bring a friend or a family member to the meeting it will be fun to meet and chat and bring your before picturess and after or progress pictures. It would be great to share as an ice breaker.
