Plastic Surgeon recommendations

Does anyone have a plastic surgeon they would like to recommend ?  I would love to find one in the Harford County area, but I'm willing to go into Baltimore for a good one.  I have an appt. with Dr. Horowitz in Abingdon next week.  I would love to hear of your experiences, good or bad, with your plastic surgeon.  Please let me know what you had done, and if you felt like the charges were reasonable compared to other doctors.

PS:  I am going to have brachioplasty and tummy tuck done (possible lower body lift)

i live in harford county as well but have no idea so when you know let me know. also i am starting a harford county group in march. would you be interested in attending? it will be thursday march 12th at 6:30 tentively.
