COOL TRADER JOE'S FIND!

Hey everyone!! I hadn't been to TJ's in a while, but I saw frozen herbs packaged in teeny-tiny ice cube trays advertised in a magazine, so I checked them out. They have garlic, cilantro and basil - package in (I think) about 16 little compartments. One cube of garlic = 1 clove, 1 cube of basil or cilantro = 1 tsp. I thought this was WAY cool as I like to cook with fresh herbs and spices, but my family's not too adventurous. And they were relatively cheap - $1.99 - I say relatively because I'd end up throwing the fresh stuff away because I wouldn't be able to use it all.

Just thought I'd share this neat find!!!

Well, there's one fairly close to your work (Columbia), but personally, I prefer the one in Pikesville. The one in Towson is INSANE with parking!!

i've been to both Pikesville and Columbia.

at Pikesville if you tell them you're my friend they might be nice to you. I stopped in last night at @ 8 pm (knowing what i wanted would not be out of stock) and they actually STOP stocking the shelves to talk to me! oy.

But of course!!! There's always room for you, Gail!!! You'll like the Pikesville one better, the parking is nuts, but not QUITE so nuts!! Although Pikesville drivers ARE in a league all their own!!! LOL!!!
