What's everyone eating?  I made a pot roast with veggies over the weekend, and as always, since it's beef, I was leery of eating it.  It turned out REALLY tender and surprisingly, Randy, my pouch, accepted it!!  Woo-hoo!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein Bar

L - Salad with chicken

S - Trail mix (man, this stuff is EVIL!)  Fortunately, I bought the smaller bag as opposed to the ginormous bag!

D - Pot roast with carrots

All my fluids, all my vits!!

L - G & M Crabcake and Black Beans on the side with 2 oz colby jack cheese

D - 4 Royal Farms Tenders - (didn't have time to stop and fix dinner before class)

Dessert - Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Chocolate Peanut Butter popsicle.

More than all of my fluids and all my vitamins!

(I took my empty powerade bottle and poured 32 ounces GV S/F  pink lemonade into it.  Yech...but I looked around in my collection and pulled out a cherry drink mix pack for 16 ounce bottles, and dumped it into the pink lemonade - YUMMO!)

Hey Jenn!!

Whatever you like.  Some people plan ahead (like me), and could pretty much tell you what they're going to eat for the day, but some people just wing it.

I usually do what I ate the day before, as do most people.  You can do whatever you like!!!

All vitamins, fluids

Still coughing like crazy.. Going to see my PCP dr this afternoon.

Tia I brought the Delsyum over the weekend but I don't think it's working.

Yesterday:

B- 1/3 of a crab and shrimp burrito

L- shrimp w/ snowpeas & water chestnuts

D- Chicken soft taco and pinto beans with jalapenos, salsa & cheese.

S- Lemon cookie

Most fluid and all vitamins.

Yesterday:

B-  Egg salad (One hard boiled egg with some lf miracle whip)
L-  Teriyaki flavored chicken
D-  Low fat cheese raviolis

I'm very excited that I get to eat raw vegetables and hard food on Friday!  Thursday is my 6 week mark!  :)

Mmmmmm...potroast (aka stringy meat).  I do mine in the crockpot...super tender!!

B – greek yogurt pineapple protein shake 

L – chicken salad  

S – peanut butter crackers  

D – chicken piccata       
        4 s/f sugar wafers

S - 11 pb pretzels nubs 

LNS – skim milk w/splenda  

78 oz. fluids, 81g protein

Yesterday.......

B: 1/3 piece cold pizza

S: 2% string cheese

L:  2 oz. shrimp salad on 4 whole grain crackers, 1/2 kiwi, 2 strawberries, 2 SF reese cup

S:  1/2 oz. cashews, protein drink

D:  3 oz. london broil stir fried with cabbage & carrots in a peanut sauce

S: NSA blue bunny crunch light bar, 1 SF peppermint patty

Did REALLY well with fluids today.....all my vits
