THE FEED BAG
What's everyone eating? I made a pot roast with veggies over the weekend, and as always, since it's beef, I was leery of eating it. It turned out REALLY tender and surprisingly, Randy, my pouch, accepted it!! Woo-hoo!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein Bar
L - Salad with chicken
S - Trail mix (man, this stuff is EVIL!) Fortunately, I bought the smaller bag as opposed to the ginormous bag!
D - Pot roast with carrots

D - 4 Royal Farms Tenders - (didn't have time to stop and fix dinner before class)
Dessert - Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Chocolate Peanut Butter popsicle.
More than all of my fluids and all my vitamins!
(I took my empty powerade bottle and poured 32 ounces GV S/F pink lemonade into it. Yech...but I looked around in my collection and pulled out a cherry drink mix pack for 16 ounce bottles, and dumped it into the pink lemonade - YUMMO!)

L: 2 oz. shrimp salad on 4 whole grain crackers, 1/2 kiwi, 2 strawberries, 2 SF reese cup
S: 1/2 oz. cashews, protein drink
D: 3 oz. london broil stir fried with cabbage & carrots in a peanut sauce
S: NSA blue bunny crunch light bar, 1 SF peppermint patty
