3 Things for Friday
Good Morning Maryland:
Well Its FRIDAY and I for one am so happy about that.
Tia won't be around today; shes taking a well deserved "TiaDay"
So remember : she is sleeping in : No phone calls or texts before noon!
Today I am grateful for:
1. Support groups : both online and off. Nic did a great job last night.
And I got the chance to meet Reedsmommy and Anna.
2. DID I MENTION ITS FRIDAY???
3. for my family and friends
4. for meeting friends for brunch Sunday! Can not wait ladies

Yet again, another beautiful morning! And to make it better, its friday!
Today I am grateful for:
1} The gym in my garage which I am utilizing daily now!
2} The spring weather that has finally broke!
3} my family & friends
4} one of my bff's who is a hair stylist who keeps it real with me & told me last night "Girl, you need that sh** cut!".....so tonight she will be cutting that sh**!!!!!

No Matter How I May Change, I Will Still Be ME!!!!
I soooooooooo want to call Tia, but I'll be a good Mo and behave!!
1) It's FriPAY for me!!! Which is a bonus .. the end of the work week AND money too :)
2) All that I have accomplished this week. A major portion of my job is project oriented and I go long stretches feeling like I've gotten no where, and this last week or so I've done some major pushing to get a particular project going and while it will be January before we see it to total fruition, I feel like we have done more in the last two weeks than in the last two years.
3) The sun is shining, it's going to be a nice day .. though as Mr Mo put it last night . this is going to be another one of those years where we turn off the heat and turn on the A/C. I so would like some nice pleasant spring 60/70's days before we have to shut up the house and turn on the air.
4) Looking forward to a 'busy' weekend. Mr Mo and I will have errands to run tomorrow and then he's off to the airport early on Sunday a.m. which gives me 'guilt-free' time to meet the gang at Micheals on Sunday. I can go off on my own at any time, but I keep it to a minimum so that he and I have our quality time as well.
Ok, back to the projects here. Have a super Friday.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Yes, it is really hard to miss the excitement over the weather. It feels like we have been waiting a long time for this. I wonder how many weeks it will be before we complain about the heat? LOL - that is human nature.
If anyone hears anything on Aaron's progress (hopefully there will be some) today, please share. Aaron, you are causing us MAJOR STRESS!
Today, I am grateful for....
1 - It's Friday - Our office is emptier on Fridays. A lot of people work from home. I do too sometimes, but I am in the office today. I am comfortable in jeans and a short sleeve blouse. I am READY for this weather. It is going to be a terrific weekend!
2 - I had a great workout at the gym last night. I always feel good afterward. That feeling is still with me. I am determined to be active this weekend, whether walking outside and/or spending some time at the gym as well. I have not been at the gym on the weekends very much at all lately.
3 - For my OH family - I always enjoy reading your posts and participating as much as I can. It will be great to see some of you this weekend. I am really looking forward to it!
4 - Sugarloaf Craft Festival is at the Timonium Fairgrounds this weekend. I can't resist it. Right now, my current plan is to go there on Saturday.

1. It's Friday of course (although I have to work every single day from here on out to make up for time lost from surgery next month).
