Another indication I'm losing weight

Well this spring I realized I didn't have any shorts to wear, I had tons of 36 and 38" waist, but no way no how was I going to be able to wear them. I went out and bought some 42s.

This week I have noticed I HAVE to wear a belt,, or else,,, well lets just say as many kids as I have given hell about wearing pants around their ass,, I just couldn't accept it. Out came the 38s,,,, YEA BABY as Mr Incredible would say,,, they fit!!!!!!!!!! Comfortably. AND I think it is around the 40-42 where they make them like tents.

I now have enough shorts I don't have to do laundry every other day.

Next stop,, 36

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
