Have a Large Diet or Regular Coke or Pepsi with a shot of Vodka for me. Wow, I had about 10 last meals....

I had to send an email to the Program Coordinator because I couldn't get an answer from Tracey about my paperwork. After she told me that she couldn't find my file one day 
...that was it...I called her almost EVERY DAY to check my status and see how things were progressing. lol
Don't be afraid to bug her and if she doesn't respond send an email to the program coordinator to complain. Then you'll get results. Good Luck!

I gotta say, they won me over! I saw Dr Long's move to Sinai with a bit of trepidation but the staff at the program have been really great. Capping it all off, the insurance specialist, Kenisha got me approval with BCBS in 24 HOURS!!! Could not believe it! They all have worked so hard to make sure all my ducks were in a row, really validated my decision, and I'm having surgery on April 12th. Grateful to them and happy to have the path clear to the new me!

No additional testing...I refused...well i asked if I could do away with it...lol...Yes that Tracey is something else...she is really getting on my nerves...if u dont like ur job find another one...24 hr liquids...I can do that...lol...Thank You for sharing

You notice I didn't mention office staff...lol And it VERY specifically was Tracey!! She is the worst!! Everyone else has been good to me. Teresa was very forthcoming when my paperwork got into her hands for the insurance approval. The nurse practitioners I've seen after surgery have been great too. The hospital staff was freaking awesome!!
It wasn't really alot for me. I had to schedule an anesthesia appointment and I had to schedule a pre op appointment with my PCP. I had to sleep with my CPAP machine every night for about 2 weeks. You have a 24 hour liquid diet the day before. Nothing after midnight the day before surgery.
That's all I can remember. Depending on your medical history they may require additional testing.

Yeah I will. The diet actually starts right after my night out. Gonna be my last fun for a while. But you are right. Saturday night I will eat probably 5 or 6 dozen oysters, but i can't wait for the day when I eat 2 or 3 and then Im full!

The hospital i work for Kennedy Krieger Institute is hiring and we do have some part time jobs and part time employees also get benefits but they are slightly higher .

Im going to Liberty Road Seafood Frederick MD, Saturday night as a last feed my face kinda thing and then the pre-pre-op diet starts. Im gettin the all u can eat oysters!

Thank you see less of me...I cant wait...he is a good doctor but his staff sucks...do u mind me asking wut did u have to do between ur approval date to the date of sugery...Tracey said its a lot but she hasnt told me anything...im very excited, not scared at all but I want to know whats in front of me...
