I am thankful that I have a job. I need to remind myself of this, because on days like today that I want to scream at the top of my lungs I just need to remember that there are many people out there searching and hoping to find any work at all.

There is a Melting Pot in Columbia and Annapolis. The booths (especially if just for 2) are VERY intimate and I found they had very heavy mood lighting. Plus overall it is a neat/different experience. It is pricey especially since we cannot eat as much but if you are looking for something different...it works :)

Welcome home, Linda!!!! And welcome to the Loser's Bench! I know you don't feel very welcomed right now, but trust me, it WILL get better. I'd say the first 6 weeks or so are the roughest, but as long as you're doing what you're supposed to, you'll be okay.
The Mack truck feeling will go away as well - being home will help with that. Just remember that you've been through a major surgery and it's going to take some time for your body to heal.
If you need to talk, vent or cry, just give me a call.

Hi all,
I was released from the hospital and arrived home around 5:30pm. I had a bit of a challenge with extreme high blood pressre and stayed in recovery until 5 pm on Monday. I think the B/P was elevated because they could not get the pain under control. Once the pain was control I was up walking evey 2 hours through out the night. I am currently walking through the house sipping protien and ice chips in between. I feel like I wa**** by a mack truck
. Thank you for all of the well wishes. By the way I gained 14 pounds while it the hospital. My legs look like pin cushions.

I am so glad that your tests came back good **** I hope you are doing well.
I know all so well how you are feeling. The very first since is the hardest. I can't say that the feeling will go away but it does gets easier to handle it. It is 7 years since I lost my mother to Cancer and Holidays and Mother's day are never the same for me. I miss her as much as I miss her from the first year. I am here for you if you need to talk.

Topic: RE: Tuesday Exercise-Im pumped, are you with me?!
Congrats on the one pound. I was so busy yesterday that I didn't get a chance to post. But yesterday I did 1 hour of Brazillian Butt lift exercise. These exercises are killers. I am am so sore since I stopped doing them for 2 months. I just restarted and man oh man I can't even sit. lol But it's good pain and soon it will be all gone.
I also did my usual 1 hour walk with 5 pound weights on each hand and 2 pound weights on each ankle.
