How absolutely assinine! To tell you not to save your life now, so you can be there for your children? Are you able to see another doctor? Just like in a medical situatiom - I think a 2nd opinion would be in order. Best of luck to you!

Ok so I have went through my 6 months and when I went to see my PSYCHO man he really discouraged me.
He made it seem like I was doing it all for my and not thinking of my family. Because my children deoend on me and my husband so much that I would be out for a couple of weeks and they could not bear that.
But the reality is I am only thinking of my children that is why we are doing it (my husband and I) My kids love to go bike riding and go for walks but I have knee and back problems and my husband has knee problems and that is why we want to do it so we can lead a healthty lifestyle together.
I guess he just made me upset because I did not go to him to critize why I was doing it but I am afraid of the letter he is going to send over to my ins. or my surgeon......
WHAT AM I TO DO......

I had my sleeve done by Dr. Christina Li at Sinai hospital in Baltimore. She did a great job and I'm very happy so far. Highly recommended.

I was looking into getting VSG, and just wondering if anyone has had/knows of a good surgeon in Baltimore area. I have been looking at Dr. Mark Kligman. If anyone has had surgery with him let me know! Thanks

I justed used the Neighbor Care pharmacy in GBMC where I had surgery to get Vitamins for the first 2 years.

I saw one where they sold both Click and Atkins Mix. But then I went to the one on Rt. 40 near Double T and they had neither. Anyone shop there? Does yours carry these two?

Wow I will be 5 years out in March and unfortunately I haven't have PS yet. So happy that you are going to. I don't have any advice other than to adhere to your docs orders.
