What I did was try to learn to change my eating behaviors to get me prepared for surgery.
I read a lot of books, I went to support groups and just spent time with my family.
Trust me at first it feels like it is taking forever but when you come to see 6 months will be gone and you will be saying wow that went fast. lol

I am sorry I am not able to advice but I wanted to wish you all the best in your journey. I hope that everything falls into place for you. You should try calling Cigna and ask them what are their requirements for weight loss surgery.

I live in Prince Georges County and my hospital is the University of Maryland Medical Center.

I really need help because it feels like time is going nowhere for us.
I have gotten 4 books from the library and reading them. I am on OH everyday like its facebook.
