1st Sunday Weekly Weigh-In of '07

Winter shutdown is over, go back to work Monday (and overtime, ugh). Weight has been steady the last two months. Am at 202.0 today, maybe a 2 pound shift one way or the other in the last couple months. Total loss since surgery 105 pounds. I am pretty much done losing and am happy with my weight. Slow week for me. Maybe holidays catching up... Weight day of surgery: 412 (8-15-06) Today's weight: 300 TOTAL LOSS: - 312 lbs, but only -1 this week. Still have about 75 to go.

Highest: 252 11/1/06 Surgery: 247 11/10/06 Today: 194 Total: 58 so far... I'm almost 5'9", my goal 160. But also have been take off my diabetes medicine 12/1 and off the blood pressure pills on 12/15!! Thanks guys! Rick

Hi Bros and Happy New Year, After gaining 6 pounds last week while out striper fishing I have gotten back into my routine this week and the pounds plus one are gone. It was nice to see the quick recovery after that six pound surprise last week when I got home. Good Morning guys I have missed the last two weeks because of travel, but they were very successful. My weight lifting routine is still a little half-assed (that changes this week), but I have been steady with at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. I am starting to feel satisfied when I eat a small protein rich meal rather than stuffed, which is both a nice and worrysome feeling. This weigh in is important for me because I feel like it keeps me accountable to you guys, so here are the numbers. Pre-op Diet 10/13/06 472 Last Weigh in 12/17/06 397 This week 382 15 lbs in the last three weeks. That is a pretty good average for me. Keep up the good work everybody. Hey Guys, My interview in Kansas City was the opposite of what I was expecting. First, no human resource questions. It really caught me off gaurd. I feel I really connected with management though.
