The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
I have been watching for a while and it is a good thing because it has been creeping up. The other day was 248. That is 11 over my low. It is time to buckle down and I am thinking about O.A. because I think I have an addiction issue that I can't figure out. If I am not eating, I am spending money. Anyway:

I learned an important lesson this week. The number of calories that you intake is a very important number, but equally important is what kind of calories! We ate out twice this week. We ate once at a Chinese restaurant, and once at a Pizza Hut. I kept the portion sizes small at both places, but when I looked at the nutrition charts, the calories in both places were very high in fat calories. The results speak for themselves. 7 days with an average caloric intake of 1175 calories resulting in a net weight GAIN of 0.6#!! I think that will be about enough of the eating out!
