200 lb FART and thanks

Stepped on the scale this morning and hit the 200 pound lost mark   It's been a little over 9 months since the surgery and I still find it hard to believe that I have lost this much weight. I truly believe that I saved my life. I read the posts here every day and want to thank all those whose stories have inspired and suggestions have helped me make it through each day.
