OMG post surgery nightmare
I never in a million lifetimes would have expected these words to come out of my mouth.
I am actually enjoying my time on the treadmill more than I do lifting weights. OMG what the hell has this surgery done to me? Next thing you know, I'll be liking soccer instead of football.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
Like I have said before on the boards here...It is a vicious cycle...only upward rather than downward. You lose weight so you can walk farther and exercise better. This in turn causes you to lose more weight...which causes you to walk farther and have more endurance. Think about those guys on this board, who talk about running...and 5Ks and 1/2 marathons...They started by just getting on a treadmill or wqlking around the block. Then pushing themselves a little more. Don't limit yourself. Enjoy the ride. Brian

I think your shrink would want to know about this...
Congrats...

It's an atrocity that deserves national attention. I mean we're all busy guys here and we don't have all the time in the world to work out for an extra 30 minutes a day and not be tired. Without the proper attention to this issue you could possibly influence other people to start doing what you do and before you know it there will be no where to run because it's crowded! LOL
Congrats
