Well I did it.  I ran my first uninterrupted 2 miles.  I'm pretty happy with that, but I think the happiness is being overshadowed by the desire to go throw up   , lie down, and die .. Scott

Way to go man.  The puke feeling has to be overshaddowed by the feeling of accomplishment.  You are almost to your first 5K!!!
