Sunday Weekly Weigh In
I've been bouncing up and down within a few pounds over last couple months. My exercise and diet have been the same. I wonder if my body wants to settle in this range.
I am the same weight since my last posting. Today I'm 198.
Overall, I'm down 158 since surgery, and down 177 from my highest weight!
Highest: 375
Surgery: 356
Last Weigh In: 198
Today: 198

The bad news is that I am up 25 lbs from my low. The good news is that I am feeling particularly motivated to get rid of the unwanted 20.
High: 375
Low: 237
Yesterday: 262
Weight I felt comfortable: 240

I am 15 months out and have been holding steady more or less for the last few months. The lowest weight mark was only for a few hours and happened after a rather large S**T I have been maintaining at 185 + or - 4# since Jan.
I have found that if I eat SLOWLY, I can eat pretty much non stop! I still wait 1/2 hour or more between drinking and eating and speed up a little on the eating to bump up against the "full indicator" when I am done eating to curb the mouth hungries if only for a little while.
I am taking 2 baking classes at the local J.C. and though the class work tastes great, it sure is high in carbs!! I don't get much of a dumping feeling anymore but I do know when it is time to stop, but it is hard to do though!
