Didn't know canuk's could be happy?
If I were you I would celebrate by getting out a stick and doing a little stirring on the main board. There I go again. Any way, congradulations.
I saw 60 minutes and thought it was one of the better pieces on WLS that I have seen.

I gotta do some math here........wait a minute.......I'll be 81 weeks out some time during May of 2009. Would I love to have gone from 442 down to 242 by next May? Hellll yeeaaaahhh! You're an inspiration to us younger pups on here. (I can say that **** cause I'm only 48) Keep up the good work and be sure to continue sharing with us about your struggles with maintenance. I crave information as to what the future might hold.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
Jim,
No wonder you're happy. You've lost a truly amazing amount f weight. Congrats.
And, yes, I did see the 60 Minutes segment. My brother alerted me to it. It's good news for us and great news for folks still suffering from diabetes, obesity, etc. Let's hope the feds and insurance folks wise up and make this medical miracle accessible to those who need it.
And you look like you feel--greatly improved!

Congrats on reaching a goal that I most likely won't ever reach!
I am 185 (+ or - 4# week to week) and have lost 184#, 16 more to go to hit the 200 mark but I have been stable for the last 3 months so it probably won't happen for me but
