Dehydration
Ditto what everyone has said. I keep a 24 oz. Propel bottle filled with Crystal Lite or water with me all the time and constantly sip. I manage to get in three or more of these a day, which is at least 72 oz. Then, like DX says, sugar free popsicles are Da Bomb!!!
I eat about 3 or 4 a night, which helps with the fluid intake as well as feelin like you are eating something. Gotta love that flavored ice!!
