Dedication, motivation and inovation
There's an old saying "Where there's a will there's a way!" I gotta tell ya, that saying is true, and my buddy Bob L. from Clarksville is living proof of it. He owns his own truck and is on the road quite a bit. Now, that profession is not conducive to having a regular exercise program, as I'm sure you would agree. But Bob, being totally dedicated to making his WLS tool work for him and doing what is necessary for maximum results, has figured out ways to exercise while he's out driving over-the-road! His wife bought him a bicycle to help him get exercise while at home, but he also takes it with him in his truck trailer. Then he finds a shopping center or a large parking lot, takes the bike out, and puts in a couple of miles on it! He also carries small dumbells so he can do some light upper body and arm exercises to help tighten and tone, burn fat and build muscle! So, rather than use his profession as an excuse not to exercise, he finds ways to work exercise into his daily routine. That's is a role model in my book!
My hat is definitely off to ya buddy!! I'm home everyday and have no excuses not to exercise in some form or fashion. Thanks for the motivation, buddy!!

Awesome strategy, Rockytop! Eating properly and exercising while traveling has to be one of the most difficult things to do and you've figured out a way to make it work for you.
Also, your words regarding life after WLS are what it's all about::
"It helps me to stay accountable and therefore successful"
