Thanks Bama, I am glad things went well also. I have been blowing the bombs. Sipping and walking. 91 Deg with a heat index of 100 is a little hard to get as much in as I want but I am trying. Cant waight tell the sun goes down about 8:30CT.

Hans, Congrats on doing well with your surgery and an invite from a fellow Texan to join the rest of us on the loser's bench! Remember the four mantras of WLS: 1.  Sip, sip, sip. 2.  Walk, walk, walk. 3.  Don't hesitate to call your doctor if you need too. 4.  Never trust a fart! When you get off the liquid diet and can go soft foods DX is right about refried beans and cheese!  Being south of SA don't think finding refried beans will be a problem for you!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

As far as being able to take a good hearty dump, it took me a couple of weeks. I was probably 6 days out before stuff starts moving. Don't be surprised if it's black and a tar like consistency and smells like a septic tank and a truck load of dead animals collided. Apparently.. that's normal.
