50 Mile Challenge for May and Starting June

A couple days late but late is better than never.   How did you guys do for the month of May with the 50 mile per month challenge?    Post up!

And it's not too late to start on the June challenge.  It's simple...  Walk, ride, swim or run your way to 50 miles of exercise during the month of June and I'll have a thread for you to post up your results on a weekly basis.

Congrats to all that met the challenge and good luck to those who are starting for the month of June.

Chad, Thanks so much for bringing this challenge back to the Locker Room.   With surgery 5/5, I opted to skip the May challenge, but I'm ready to get in for June... the treadmill is all warmed up, and so is the pool. John

    Walked 72.9 Miles

    Ran 36.35 Miles

    Biked 32 Miles

 

I am in for June, thanks for keeping me motivated

May was a bad month as I was battling fatigue and injury.  I managed 43 running miles.  The good news is that after 4 days in June, I'm at 15 miles and I have a pretty good plan!

I got my walking/running miles in, but no where close on the riding. That should change this month with the new bike. Today was the first of many rides to work. Work gives out discount bus passes for people that use alternative methods to get there, they also give out movie passes after you do 8 round trips via your chosen method (bike, walk, bus)  I figure I might as well get some extra bonus on top of the health benefits.
