The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
I have cranked up my workout sessions with my trainer from 3 times a week to 5 times a week and still hit the sycamore mountain bike trail once a week. I am eating real foods on a regular basis but still supplement with protein shakes to meet my protein intake needs. Doing stuff I NEVER thought I would be able to do again and I love it. here are my stats so far: Heaviest weight/consult date 4/2007: 390lbs Day of surgery 12/19/07: 358lbs Todays weight: 239lbs
Total overall weight loss:151lbs Weight loss since surgery: 119lbs
Scale moved about 4.5lbs for me since my last weigh in. I got about 30lbs to go then my plan is to work on building back more muscle tone and eventually join an MMA school. Keep it up fellas!
