Dx,
You know my policy on reading posts (
) so I'm not sure if you mentioned it or not in your post but I just figured out after 2 and a half years that sugar makes me tired. If I eat any crap food that contains sugar, I'm worthless for the next few hours. I just want to sleep. Having eliminated a lot of sugar has improved the quality of my life.

Thanks Dx E.
I just realized that I have troubles with milk. I had EAS protein with milk for breakfast and felt like crap until I took a 5-min nap around lunchtime. I felt kinda guilty since today was my first day back at work. Luckily my partner is also my best friend of 16+ years so he's pretty good about picking up the slack on a bad day. On the way home my gas was impressive. I coulda dropped a charging bison at 20 yards. Thankfully it's finally starting to warm up in the Pacific Northwest rainforest and we could drive with the windows cracked.
Same thing happened yesterday and the day before. I'm not good at spotting patterns.
Could I substitute Silk or Soy milk, or is there still a bunch of sugar there?

DX,
You didn't mention beer, wine, or bourbon. I haven't tried any of these yet, but I have sucked on the cork and smelled the bourbon a few times without partaking. I'm not heavy into alcohol but like an occasional nip of all the above. A taste from my past so to speak. And all these older church members whose husbands are dying, they give me their liquor to get rid of, most go to friends but some stay around the house! LOL
I have dumping symptons if I eat to fast, but can tolerate sweets but don't particularly like them. Haven't tried milk yet, my wife drinks 1% any difference in milks?
Thanks, BobM.
