That is really really great.  The weight loss is impressive.  The blood work even more so.  And getting off the CPAP - best yet.  Not mention no longer having swelling and joint pain.  You must feel like a different person.  Thanks for sharing.  

Thanks Brent, I'll tell you getting off the CPAP was the hardest thing. I knew I didn't need it any more but I guess the psychological safety blanket syndrome kick in. But been without it for about a week! Surprising how hard it was to start using it it would be so difficult to let it go? C'ya Bob
