Hahahaha I figured you'd have something to say to my not liking that damn word!! But thanks a lot, it is so liberating being able to jog/run whatever it was lol (could've been waddling for all I know, I just know it was faster than walking) since I haven't been able to do so in a very long time.

Lance, Congratulations on your jogging. That’s how I started…. A little at a time. By July 4th weekend at year two post-op, I entered (and completed) a 5K run! Take it easy on your back though. my sketchy Memory makes me think this Could be a problem for you? Look into hitting the pool and swimming. Great exercise, and easy on the back. As for the Moobs? I was very lucky to be moob-less after losing the weight. I had some Dolly Partons prior to WLS And they went away with no trace…. Thanks to genetics I guess. Don’t lose heart though, That skin has about a 6 to 9 week “lag-time” Behind weight-loss, where it continues to “Draw-up.” (so says my Plastic Surgeon) Great to hear you are reaping the rewards of your loss! Keep it Up! Best Wishes- Dx

Congrats on the Gaseous emminations. I have to agree with you that the moobs are horrible and make running not much fun.  Those are always much more uncomfortable on the run than my legs or my lungs. The Under Armor really makes a difference,  It keeps the moobs in place. Scott

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

Great work, Lance!

I'm not very good at congrats, but I do have a couple of pairs of underarmor compression shorts (two lengths: just above the knee and mid-thigh) and highly recommend their stuff. Even after you're thin and even if you don't have a lot of loose skin, they keep the thigh muscles from bouncing around and also feel really good. The stuff used to be expensive, but with competition has come way down.

Keep the Faith,

Dave

Well, whatever the term, that is a great accomplishment to me.  To be able to do something you haven't been able to do for years is fantastic.  As I say constantly, I so look forward to posting my own accomplishments someday.  Keep it up, Michael
