First Year Completed plus two months !!
It took me two months after my surgery in April 2007 to find this Web Site but even though i know no one personally I read everything most days. With that said my blood work was very good blood pressure 106/58, setting pulse rate 59 BMI 29 and wieght from 346 to 199/204 on any given day. I have guilt trips now when I go over the line--- something very new. Virtually no sugar but I do eat what I want just not nearly as much!!! I've had two friends to have the surgery now bases on my results !! What a deal. Thanks for all the continued support

It seems to be almost a responsibility to guide people who ask about WLS after they witness our success. Proofs in the puddin' and your living proof. Great Job! Randy the old truck stop off Gibbs still there? I use to run Sunbeam loads down for cross border shuttle, they had a little yard off Bowie (I think?) been a few years. C'ya Bob
You know, this is what I love about this forum. Think I have said this before, but seems like everyone I tell about my WLS knows someone or two who has had the surgery and gained their weight back. I don't want to listen to that garbage. I am determined not to be one of those people. It is so great to see the long term success stories. Thanks to all of you for being such an inspiration.
