Holy Carp, Batman!
As I sit here, winding down from an hour long morning bike ride, I check my e-mail.
There's an e-mail from Member Services congratulating me on my WLS anniversary.
Suddenly - it dawns on me - two years ago, July 25, I had my RNY done.
Has it been that long already?
I'm not going to type in a huge, long, rambling post about how far I've come.
Look at my profile - my pictures. They speak for themselves.
Not to mention, Before I started this journey, I coudl barely walk.
4th of July, I walked a 5k. For my birthday, I got a great new Giant mountainbike. I've ridden every day since then, with one sole exception.
In fact, this morning, I rode for just over an hour, non-stop.
I just want to say thanks to Dx, Carbonblob, Dave in Japan, Boner, and all of the other guys who have been here to do this with me the last four years I've been participating in the Men's board.
Oh - for the new guys..
I started out at 677 lbs for my highest weight.
I'm now down around 270-275. Yes, that's a 400+ lb loss.
And it's still coming off.
If I can do it, so can you!
Keep up the Amazing Success!

Drop-by-and-See-us-sometime!
Best Wishes-

So many of the Job's comforters out there congratulate you on weight loss, but if you talk long enough it always comes up: Don't some people gain it all back?
I tell them the vast majority do not gain it ALL back. Some gain a little back, and some, like you and others on this board, keep it off and keep getting healthier as the years go by.
That's what I want, and you guys show it can be done -- and tell us how to do it.
Thanks -- it means a LOT.
