Dam less then four months ago I would have been winded walking to the mail box! Two months ago I was having trouble riding more then 1 mile! I'm sorry to go on butt I couldn't wait to tell my wife and you guys!

Going to eat and maybe ride a little more its been about 75 degrees with a nice breeze couldn't ask for a better day..

WooWhoooooo!! Atta boy Bob!!  23.6 miles - that is just AWESOME!!
Heck, I still can't get the dang gear shiftin' down!  The heat index was 104 here today, and it was humid as all hades!! 75 degrees sounds great!!

I hit the gym after work. Walked 2 miles on the treadmill at an incline of 3. Then, worked chest and triceps with moderate/light weights and high reps.

NEXT!!

Gez, over 23 miles is fantastic, but you just had to throw in the 75 degrees line.  I'm on my way.  Was 103 here in Fort Smith, Arkansas with very high humidity.  I start sweatin just lookin out the window!  Michael

Bragging? No way, RockyTop! You are really starting to make some hay on your bike and getting over the 25 mile in one ride hurdle is a major accomplishment. Congratulations.

I can assure you getting up to 50, then 100  is a whole lot easier than getting up to the first 25 so keep on spinning, brother. That first century is getting closer and closer!!
