Sunday Weekly Weigh-In!
Had my second heart attack two weeks ago ( my first was 8 years ago). I was around 211-213 when this one happened. I have recomitted to getting first down below 200 using the tool in the right way. Then hopefully to 190 (my and my doctor's original goal...maybe even below that). I believe it can only help my heart. Brian

Wow. If you have the time , would some of y'all who lost 150-200 pounds in a year or so tell me what y'all were eating the first six months? (Please post on my thread titled "To Those Who are Losing" or somesuch. I don't want to hijack this thread.) I'm thinking my nutritionist may not know what she's talking about with my 800-1000 cal 5 weeks out. Lot's of folks eating 400-600 calories and I'm eating twice that.

Won't repeat all the numbers but will say I only lost one pound this week putting me at 102 lbs gone. Lots of stress in life at the moment. Wife having lap RNY in Tyler in the morning. Not lot of weight to loose but has couple of comorbids the surgery will help.
