IDGOMB Satuday/Sunday
Walked 2 miles. Also, worked around the yard and house!
A buddy and I from work started going to the gym after work everyday 2 weeks ago. We go Monday thru Friday, Work one or two muscle groups a day and hit cardio for 30-45 minutes. Really helps having a workout partner
- makes you feel more obligated to go.

Saturday....kicked ass (for me) in the 100 mile, 3 mountain passes in one day Copper Triangle bike ride. Sunday.....hiked (limped) for a couple miles in the mountains. Great weekend as the weather in the mountains was spectacular.
I posted a picture from the ride of me getting crushed on a climb by a guy who was wearing a Bob Cook Mt. Evans hill climb jersey. He's barely in the picture as he had just passed me. I couldn't hang with him but I was trying hard. For you Nascar fans, kind of like Kyle Petty trying to hang with Tony Stewart.
The Bob Cook guys are BAD dudes on a bicycle. Here's a description of the Bob Cook race:
"The Bob Cooke Memorial Mt. Evans Hill Climb is a race to the top of Mt. Evans stretching 27 miles. The course starts in Idaho Springs and climbs up to Echo Lake, where it makes a sharp right hand turn and begins ascending to the top of Mt. Evans. The road travels up above the tree line into alpine tundra and finally switchbacking up to the highest paved point in North America, 14,000 feet."
