Jogging
I started jogging last weekend. We have a state of the art track and field facility that is open to the public during non-school hours. Rubber surface on the track. It is awesome. I would walk half the track and then jog half the track, went around for a total of 2 miles. 1 mile walking and 1 mile jogging, did this both Sat and Sun. Took yesterday off. Getting ready to go do it again tonight. Damn track is so comfortable. No knee or joint pain from jogging on it. Gotta get down to my original goal of 200 pounds. Gotta stop the smoking as well. My dual/split lifestyle isn't cutting it.
