Doi,ng great Bob the journey has began started at 352 pounds yesterday was 313.Walking everyday and still on the liquid diet. Thanks for asking  Bigboner

I can attest to Big Boner's success to date. He's kickin' major ass and is ahead of me at this stage with his walking distance. I go back to Iowa over labor day to get his bike in shape so he'll be kickin' my ass on it before you know it.

Big Boner even got our  sister to go out and buy a bike so he'll have someone to ride with every day.

So, in summary.....all's well on the Boner family front! Thanks for asking, RockyTop.
