Is this Accountability Thursday?  Tuesday: hill walked for 30 minutes.  Wednesday: no walking, but I did spend two hours sanding my new deck (partial credit?)  Today:  It's still early here!

Hit the gym after work - worked legs with weights and walked 1 mile  on the treadmill.

Walked two miles on the tread mill.  Finally I was able to do something.  Of course that required a break in the middle for a bowel movement!
