Just had to share. Stepped on the scale this morning and saw the magical # !!I have reached my Goal of losing 200 lbs by the end of summer... took me exactly 31 weeks to the day (7 months).
January 7, 2008: 450 lbs, 52 BMI
August 11, 2008: 250 lbs, 28 BMI
I'm still about 4 BMI points above what is considered a "normal" weight so my next goal will be to weigh what I did when I met my wife...summer of 1994... 215 lbs, which is coincidentally considered a "normal" weight for my height of 6'6"...I'm shooting for any time before my 1 year surgiversary....wish me luck!

Phase 2: Weightlifting - Goal: Add 40 lbs of muscle. Completed 2/15/2011.
Phas 3: Cut to 10% body fat.

Thanks....maybe this is payback for the terrible complications I had with the surgery.
