Hmm, Strange.
I posted this recently on my blog, but I wanted to see if anyone else seems to follow this pattern. My weight loss has been...unusual. The first 30 days was the most fun I've ever had with my clothes on, 30 pounds in 30 days. Well, as expected, the weight slowed down but continued to come off. However, ever since the 3rd month (I'm just over 5 months out now) It seems I'll get to a point and STAY there for what seems like forever. Then, seemingly overnight, I'll drop 3-7 pounds! Just the other day I posted on my profile that I believed I was going to stay at 220lbs. That's right at 100 pounds, I look and feel good, and I was OK with that. I had set a goal of 200lbs even, but that was ok. Well, I hopped on the scale the very next morning, to discover that I had lost 3 pounds! The first weight loss AT ALL in over 3 weeks! I had been doing ok, exercise was less than ideal due to extreme heat here at home, but I was doing about like I always do and BAM 3 pounds like, really, overnight! I don't get how your body can let loose of that kind of weight in such a short period of time, and why on earth does the body hold onto the weight soooo tight and then drop it all at one time? Oh, well I guess I shouldn't complain, at least it's come off. Anyone else experience this?
