Make some room for me
Welcome aboard and good luck tomorrow! During my first week, I did much of nothing. I did manage to get up and walk as much as possible, but I felt like my body needed rest in addition to the walk/sip/walk/sip mantra I had heard. It worked out good for me. Also, don't try to be Hercules and NOT take your pain medicine they send you home with. That stuff afforded me the best rest I've had in a long time! No need to hurt when the meds are available.
Good luck Keith. Hope all is smooth. Just plan to be bored for the first 10 days or so. Take it easy and let your body heal up. And oh yes, sip sip sip - walk walk walk -sip sip sip. Just doexactly as the Doc says and it won't be long til you are feeling the benefits and going like heck. Welcome to the Locker Room.
