When you yack

Or as I have dubbed "intake self-correction. Do you toss up the entire contents of the pouch or just the offending amount? Reason I ask is because I measured my output. It was less than input.

My experience in the yakking area has been that it is usually less than total amount taken in. However, on a couple of occasions, I think I actually yakked up some from the week before!!

Man you are hardcore!  You measured your output?!  Usually (from just looking, mind you) my "output" is less than what I have eaten.  I think one you hack and cough enough it loosens everything up enough to slide on through.  Then, you don't "need" to throw up.

I never looked and certainly never measured.

Is it a one and done yack or does it take a few to get it all out?

Hmmm... I guess I've never yacked!  I felt like it tonight -- my first Thai restaurant post-op: food was great, but even as little as I ate was too much!

I agree that "measuring your output" (coff coff) is truly hard-core!

Pre op I heard someone describe it like baby spit up.  I didn't really understand till it happened to me.  That is the best way to describe it.  After a few months it became just like a regular yack.  Brian
