What a difference from last year

It's been a little more than a year since I have started my weightloss journey...

I just received a picture from a family reunion that took place in July.  I was shocked to compare the picture with the one that was taken at last year's reunion in July.  Sometime the mirror isn't giving you the real picture.

I'm glad I have made this life changing surgery.  The journey is still at an early stage but I know my life will be a lot better know that I  have lost 125 pounds, have no more high blood pressure and got rid of the sleeping apnea...

I don't know how to add a picture to this post but if you look at my profile, you'll be able to see the difference. Me with 125 pounds less, my wife with 100.

Best of luck to all the ones that are pre-ops, it's worth the weight (I meant... the wait).

Dany.

 Dany,

Great transformation! Who knew there was a stud hiding in there? Thanks for the pics.
